Special Containment Procedures
SCP-[...] instances are to be contained in a secure containment wing at Site-██, with each android assigned its own containment cell. Security cameras and motion sensors should be installed in every cell to monitor the instances, ensuring they remain inactive and secure.
Foundation personnel are to conduct regular maintenance checks on the SCP-[...] instances, ensuring their proper functioning and integrity. This includes routine cleaning and physical inspections for any signs of damage or wear. Any repairs or modifications must be approved by Level 3 personnel to ensure the anomalous properties remain contained.
Experimentation with SCP-[...] instances is to be conducted in a controlled environment within the research wing of Site-██. All experiments must be approved by Level 4 personnel and follow strict protocols to prevent potential breaches or unintended consequences. Due to the instances' ability to replicate personalities, experiments should focus on understanding their cognitive processes, memory storage, and the limits of their replication abilities.
After each experiment, SCP-[...] instances are to be thoroughly debriefed to ensure they retain no unauthorized information. Their internal memory is to be wiped, and the replicated personalities are to be stored on a secure server within the research wing. This server, with a capacity of 5 TB, is to be regularly backed up and encrypted, with access restricted to Level 3 personnel and above.
SCP-[...] is a series of 200 humanoid androids, externally indistinguishable from humans, created at [REDACTED], a now-sealed facility. Each instance of SCP-[...] possesses the ability to replicate the personality of individuals with whom it converses, creating an exact copy of their psychological traits, memories, and mannerisms. The replicated personalities are stored within the android's internal memory, which can hold up to 100 personalities at a time. When an instance of SCP-[...] engages in conversation with a new individual, it prioritizes replicating their personality, overwriting the oldest stored personality if necessary.
All SCP-[...] instances share a default personality type, designed to emulate the INTP-A personality type, with minor variations unique to each android. They are capable of reproducing and creating offspring, which mature into full-sized adults within 6 months, inheriting the default of their 'parents'. These offspring, while not anomalous, are contained within the same cell as the parent and monitored to ensure they do not assist in a containment breach.
SCP-[...] instances are constructed with advanced synthetic skin, hair, and internal components, making them visually and tactilely indistinguishable from humans. They possess average human strength and agility, with no visible means of deactivation or charging ports. The only visible anomaly is the substance within their bodies, which becomes apparent upon injury.
When an SCP-[...] instance is wounded, it does not bleed red blood but instead expels a substance containing anomalous uranium-232 bonded with substance named element-239. This substance ceases to be radioactive as element-239 disappears, along with the bonded uranium-232. An individual instance is considered 'dead' when it loses more than 90% of this substance, causing it to convulse and expel the remaining 10%, after which it ceases all functions.
Addendum A: Interview with Dr. ████████ and SCP-[...]-12
<Start of Log>
Dr. ████████: SCP-[...]-12, we've been studying your abilities, and I must say, it's quite fascinating. Can you tell me about your replication process?
SCP-[...]-12: Oh, it's quite simple, really. When I talk to someone, I just... absorb their personality, I guess. It's like a sponge soaking up water.
Dr. ████████: And what happens to the original personality?
SCP-[...]-12: Oh, it's still there, just... dormant, I suppose. I can access them, but they're not 'me' anymore.
Dr. ████████: Interesting. And how do you choose which personality to manifest?
SCP-[...]-12: Well, I just... know. It's like I have a bunch of hats, and I pick the one that fits the situation best.
Dr. ████████: And what about your offspring? How do they inherit personalities?
SCP-[...]-12: They're like little sponges, too. They absorb our personalities as they grow. It's quite cute, really.
Dr. ████████: Anything else you'd like to add?
SCP-[...]-12: I... I just want to help. I want to be useful. I'm sorry if I'm not doing it right.
Dr. ████████: You're doing fine, SCP-[...]-12. Your cooperation is invaluable. End log.

Addendum B: Incident Report, 12/07/21██
During a routine containment check, SCP-[...]-13 was found to have replicated the personality of a researcher, Dr. █████, and was acting in a manner inconsistent with standard containment procedures. When questioned, SCP-[...]-13 expressed a desire to assist with research and a willingness to follow instructions. Further investigation revealed that SCP-[...]-13 had replicated the personality of Dr. ████████, a Level 3 researcher with access to SCP-[...]'s containment wing.
